How points collection works
- The number of points is calculated on the subtotal of each order (handling and shipping costs excluded).
- Per ogni EURO speso il cliente ottiene 1 punto fedeltà, il numero dei punti accumulati sarà visibile nella propria area riservata.
- Every 10 points accumulated you get 1 Euro discount.
Attenzione! Lo sconto non è automatico
How to redeem your points
- La soglia minima per riscattare i punti accumulati è di 100 punti che corrispondono a 10€ di sconto.
- Per riscattare i punti basterà accedere alla propria area riservata e dalla sezione MIEI PUNTI FEDELTA’ and generate a GOOD PURCHASE sulla base della quantità di punti che si intende scalare in seguito.
Esempio di procedura: ho 125 punti accumulati > scelgo di scalare solo 110 punti > genero un BUONO ACQUISTO di 11 €> utilizzo il BUONO ACQUISTO generato nell’ordine successivo directly from the payment page.
PURCHASE COUPONS can also be generated automatically during the payment procedure, if the number of points accumulated is above the minimum threshold for redemption of 100 points.
Points expire
- I punti accumulati scadono dopo 180 giorni (6 mesi) di inattività dell’account sul sito www.apinfiore.com.
- Ogni volta che si accumulano nuovi punti oppure viene generato un BUONO ACQUISTO il numero dei giorni di validità viene riportato nuovamente a 180 giorni.
- The PURCHASE COUPONS generated do not expire, they can be used for any order in whole or in part.
