The amber-colored wildflower honey contains an innumerable quantity of flowers that bloom simultaneously such as mint, clover, solidago, acacia, sweet clover and many others. It is in fact defined as wildflower as it cannot be classified as monofloral due to the union of several concomitant blooms. The aroma is intense and the taste sweet and persistent. It is a versatile honey to use in hot drinks or spread on bread. The harvest in Tuscany takes place from June to September. After honey extraction with mechanical centrifugation, it is left to decant, then filtered and packaged without ever being subjected to heat conservation treatments.
